There is a page for hostess name, the party theme and the relationship to the mother to be. There is a page with directions on how to use the book since it is more than a list of those in attendance. The guest section has 108 spots with name, address, email and a space for a special message, words of encouragement or a tip. The gift section allows you to keep in one book the name of the guest, the gift or gifts you received from them, a spot to list the name of a book (if you choose to use that with your baby shower) and a space for your thank you notes sent out.
